For those that don't know, there's a health initiative in my country to get people to consume at least 5 pieces of fruit and veg a day - presumably, rather than just Maccy D's. This is promoted, and therefore remembered as, "Five-a-day" - as in, "Had your 'five-a-day' yet mate?"
Being a nation of piss-takers, this is usually deliberately taken out of context by the national press, the media and general populace at large.
